Pie an ADPi!

Day #63

Happy Pie and ADPi day!!! :)

Today, my sorority held our annual Pie an ADPi fall philanthropy event, raising money for the Ronald McDonald House! It was a really nice day to have our philanthropy, and we had an AMAZING turnout! :)

Basically, people paid either five, ten, or twenty dollars to throw shaving cream pies at an ADPi's face. They could also do inflatable jousting, three dollars for three minutes, or purchase some baked goods from us, which included actual homemade pies. YUM! :)

I worked at the event for about two hours, in between classes, but luckily didn't get any pie in my face! Yay! :) haha  I'm sure next year I'll get some in my face when Gage is back home, so that's cool. JK! -_-

Another exciting thing happened today! I got paid! Whoop whoop! :) haha  But, unfortunately, I did have to work from 2:30-9:30pm (which was actually 8:45), and then I went straight from that to Pride Cry practice at the SAE house at 9 until 10. Ugh. So exhausting!

Not much else happened, that I can remember...lol

I wore this year's bid day shirt, since I was advertising my sorority's philanthropy, and I paired it with khaki shorts, from Target, white sandals, and my Alpha Delta Pi crest half-zip jacket. Since I had to wake up early for my 8am class, and I stayed up late the night before, I ended up sleeping in as late as I could, giving myself twenty minutes to get ready for class. I think you know what that means...NO SHOWER! So exciting. ;)  So I was looking real cute with my leftover hair and no makeup look. lol  I just ended up waiting until after Pride Cry practice to take a shower, since I really had no other time to squeeze one in, and I knew I was going to probably going to get gross and sweaty at practice. :P

So yeah. That was my Wednesday. :)
