Rocking the Owls :-)

Day 344

Hey!! So, I wasn't able to workout this morning since I had to leave the apartment by 10:30 for a fingerprinting appointment in St. Petersburg and the earliest workout class was from 9:30-10, giving me only 30 minutes to go home, shower, and get ready. That wouldn't work.

My appointment was at 11:15, and it literally only took like a total of 5 minutes to go in, get my fingerprinting done, and leave. For real. It was that quick. My first class of the day wasn't until 2pm, so I had plenty of time to get to campus, purchase a parking pass for the school year, move my car into the appropriate parking area in the garage for my pass, and work on some stuff on my computer until I had to go to class.

I kept my outfit fairly simple today: a gray owl-printed Mossimo Supply and Company v-neck tee from Target ($5 on sale) and some cropped holey American Eagle skinny jeans ($25 on sale). It's still cute, but yeah, it's simple and comfy. That was my goal for it, and I definitely achieved it :-)

I LOVE owls, and when I saw this tee on sale at Target, I grabbed it to buy it right away. Like, there was literally no hesitation whatsoever :-P

I chose my teal pointy-toed American Eagle flats ($7.50 on sale) to add some color while being incredibly comfortable for lots of walking around campus.

Now, I forgot to mention that I purchased a new backpack while I was at work yesterday since my old one is falling apart, and I just had to show it off because it's super freaking cute. It's The Sak brand, and it's fabulous :-) Like, it not only looks good, but it's really durable and holds all of my stuff while not being super bulky and dorky looking. It was originally $109, marked down to like $76, and then I got my employee discount on top of that (so another 25% off). WIN!!

My first class (from 2-4:55) went pretty well. The teacher is one of my favorite ones. In between that class and my 6pm class, I got to FaceTime my husband for like 30 mins, which was amazing. I haven't been able to talk to him as often as I would like, so I definitely cherish the time I do get to talk to him. My 6-8:55 class went well, too, even though we did take a lot of notes, so that's good.

After class, I went home to print off some random stuff for my classes, watch some Buffy and Angel episodes on Netflix, and relax before bed. I kept it fairly low-key for the rest of the evening, which is never a bad idea :-) I'm going to get going, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
