Workout, Work, and Class

Day 343

Hi!! Today was a really long one for me since it started with me waking up at 5:15 to workout from 6-7:30, going home to get ready for the day, working from 9:45-4:30, going home to change and grab what I need for class, driving to campus for my 6-8:55 class, and then going home for good at the end of the night. Yeah, a super long day.

My workout was amazing, thank goodness. I mean, yeah, I'm going to be super slow tomorrow, but that doesn't mean it can't still be amazing. Work was slow but yet I was still able to make over $1000 in sales, so that was a pleasant surprise :-)

The outfit I wore for work was a white chevron-striped Daytrip tank top ($28) under a white cropped no name cardigan I bought from a small boutique in my hometown years ago, and a cute mint green JollyChic.com floral pencil skirt ($20). ADORABLE!!

This top is fabulous, by the way, in case you couldn't tell ;-)

And... So is this skirt. Again, just in case you couldn't tell ;-)

For shoes, I chose my light brown Rue 21 flats ($15 or $20) to keep it somewhat simple since the rest of my outfit has so much interest going on.

My outfit for school was much more simple: a coral Papaya scoop neck tee ($5 on sale) and some cropped holey American Eagle skinny jeans ($25 on sale). Super comfy and easy to wear. And really fast to change into since I didn't have a ton of time :-P

I went with some patterned Restricted shoes from Francesca's ($25 on sale) to add a little something special to my otherwise fairly plain outfit. They're just so cute, right?!

Class went pretty well. I had to present I song I "made" (Cup Song from Pitch Perfect made into Planet Song with same melody and lyrics about planets) and the instrument I created (bell bracelets), and I got really good feedback from them. Of course, I did the cup thing to the song by myself in front of the class while everyone else took children's songs to redo that we could all singalong to, making me the overachiever of the night, but still... I got really good feedback nonetheless :-)

Once I got home for the night, I relaxed, did some random homework, and watched more Buffy and Angel episodes on Neflix. You know, the usual. I'm going to head out now, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my fellow fashionistas!! Ciao!!
