How embarrassing of a day.
After I worked out, showered, and ate, I took a nap. Shortly after I had awoken from my nap, I got a phone call from my boss at maurices. She was calling to see if I was planning on coming into work. -_-
Apparently, I was scheduled to work at 11, but I didn't have the shift written down ANYWHERE! I started freaking out!
My mom quickly made a lunch for me to take into work, I threw my hair up into a sock bun, and I put a change of clothes on in a millisecond.
I ended up making it into work a little after 11:30, so not too shabby. My manager wasn't mad at all; she totally understood that I wouldn't intentionally blow off a shift and she said they were dead in the store so it wasn't super urgent for me to come in.
This just made the day quite long. I was looking forward to finally having a day off, after 12 days of working in a row. I had planned on relaxing all day, but I guess that will just have to wait until tomorrow.
