Hey!! Today's weather has been sooooooo pretty, so all I've been wanting to do is sit outside and enjoy it. But, unfortunately, I have class all day, which means enjoying the weather will have to wait until another day :-/ My day today was supposed to start with my field experience, however, the traffic this morning was so bad that it took me almost 20 minutes to get to the highway. Keep in mind that getting to the highway from my apartment usually takes about 5 minutes. I ended up turning back around so I could get another hour of sleep before having to leave for my first class.
Now let me tell you, I needed that extra hour of sleep. It felt amazing. It also made sitting through my first class a ton easier, especially since I got my test back and the grade on it was a "C". Yikes!! But I was expecting that, so it's OK. The 1.5 hour break in between my first and second class was spent sitting outside where my second class meets messing around on my computer. Fun stuff. My second class went OK. No note taking since we had a presentation, so that was good. The 2.5 hour break in between my second and third class was spent hanging out with a friend of mine, just wasting time and working on a very small amount of homework last minute. More fun stuff. My last class was kind of fun, but I feel like I didn't really learn a whole lot. Go figure :-P
Ok, so my outfit for today was simple but highly fabulous. I wore a navy high-low Angie dress that has little sparrows on it ($12 from Plato's Closet) with a skinny red belt that I've had for a long time. I DO LOVE THIS DRESS QUITE A LOT!! And I did get a lot of compliments on my dress today, so that was super awesome :-)

I kept my shoes fairly simple and went for my nude Mossmio flats ($6 from Plato's).
