Life's a Beach

Day 204

Hi!! Today was another beach day since the weather behaved, which would normally make me super happy, but I woke up with a clogged/congested ear this morning that has been making me miserable regardless of what I do. I originally didn't really want to go to the beach, but since my parents really wanted to go, I gave in. It was nice to doze off in the sun, though, I won't lie.

My outfit today consisted of a patterned Charlotte Russe maxi dress I bought with my birthday money yesterday for $25 and a skinny red belt that I've had for forever. Cute, comfy, and yet perfect for the beach.

I actually managed to wear a black pair of Charlotte Russe flip flops today, which was a shock to everyone. I normally only wear flip flops on very rare occasions, and after one of the kittens peed on the only pair I had, I decided I didn't need a new pair for a while. Yesterday while I was shopping for my birthday, though, I picked up this pair for $5. I mean, only a crazy person would pass up on a good pair of flip flops for $5. For real.

After the beach, my mom and I made another Target run to pick up some medicine to help me feel better, and then we went back to the apartment to clean up, eat a quick dinner, and then relax for the rest of the night.

Other than having a clogged/congested ear, today was a pretty good day :-) I'm going to head out, so until the next time... Stay fabulous and forever trending, my fellow fashionistas!! Ciao!!
