Saying Goodbye is Hard

Day 208

Hey ya'all!! Now, don't let the exclamation points fool you, OK? Today was a rather sad day for me. I had to take my family to the St. Petersburg airport at 2:30pm so they could fly back to Iowa. Literally could not stop crying from the moment I hugged them goodbye to the moment I was home getting the biggest hug possible from Adam. Sucked super bad.

So, my outfit for this super sad time was rather cute given the circumstances. I wore a Moa Moa top that has colorful giraffes printed on it ($34 from Dillard's), my favorite pair of skinny jeans (American Eagle cropped holey skinnies for $25 on sale), and the pair of teal pointy-toed American Eagle flats that I had bought for $7.50 on sale. CUTE!! But still a sad day...

Now, I DO love giraffes quite a lot, so wearing a fabulous giraffe-printed did help make me less sad about my family leaving.

To make me feel better, Adam took me out to dinner at BJ's Restaurant, which was super yummy :-) Adam does a pretty darn good job at making me feel better when I'm down, so it's a good thing I married him, eh?! I do love him quite a lot :-)
