A Case of the Mondays

Day 174

Hey!! Today's been a long Monday, for sure. Not only did I have to get up early and spend all day in St. Pete, but it was also crappy weather. Humidity plus a ridiculous amount of rain and walking around campus all day is NOT a fun time. I was so done with it, for real.

I had to wake up at 6:45 to leave by 7:45 to get to my 8:30-10:30 field experience on time. After that, I had my 11-12:30 Math for Liberal Arts class (where I got 101/100 on the chapter test I took before spring break). That class went OK. We just took a lot of notes. The 1.5 hour break in-between my first 2 classes was spent relaxing. My 2-3:30 Intro. to Diversity for Educators class also went OK. I found out I got a B+ on my midterm (that I didn't study for), so that was a pleasant surprise :-) The 2.5 hour break in-between my last 2 classes was spent relaxing again. My 6-8:55 Instructional and Adaptive Tech class also went OK. We were able to play with some fun gadgets, which made it a little better.

Since today is St. Patrick's Day, I wore a plain green v-neck fitted tee from Papaya ($5) with a pair of tan and black aztec-printed American Eagle shorts ($25). Not too exciting, but still comfy and decently appropriate for field experience while not being too hot for the humid weather.

I do love these shorts quite a bit. The pattern on them is really cool!!

For shoes, I went simple with a tan pair of Mossimo flats that I had gotten for like $6 at Plato's Closet. They're really, really, really comfy.

Once my last class ended, I drove home, changed into comfy clothes, ate a bowl of cereal, and relaxed for a bit before heading off to bed. Not a whole lot going on, that's for sure. Oh well... I'm going to head out, so until the next time.... Stay fabulous (and dry), my fellow fashionistas!!
