Day 178
Hi!! To kick off the weekend, I got to drop Adam off at the airport so he could fly to Texas for the weekend for his grandmother's funeral. I was a little bit too emotional when I said goodbye considering he's only gone until Monday. Oops :-P Oh well, it's not like I can completely control my emotions, so it's not a big deal. After that, I worked a 5-10 closing shift that was supposed to be a 3-10 closing shift but it was so slow in the store that they told me not to come in until 5. Not complaining here.
Work itself was actually pretty good. I started off my short shift with an $800 sale, and my goal was $800, so that was awesome :-) I think I ended the night at like $1200 or so. YAY for Kassy!! For work, I wore a pink chevron-printed Daytrip top that I had bought a while back for like $14 after my discount. It's pretty freaking fabulous!! I did have to wear a dark tan camisole underneath because the shirt is kind of sheer, but it's OK because this shirt is worth it :-) I decided to cuff my dark wash Daytrip skinnies (about $30 after my discount) to make them into cropped pants since it was kind of hot out, which I thought turned out pretty cute.
Isn't the pattern on this shirt pretty sweet?!?!

I went with my
R2 sandals (about $24 after my discount) since it is rather warm. That, and they just so happen to match the feel of my outfit, so it all worked out perfectly :-)
After work, I went home to be a couch potato for a bit before bed, and let me tell you, that was a great idea :-) I literally just watched random stuff on TV all night. Well, I'm going to head out, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my fellow fashionistas!! Ciao!!
