Hey guys!! I worked a pretty decent 9:30-5 shift today, which was nice. The store wasn't as busy as I would've liked, which mean I didn't quite get the sales I needed, but it wasn't completely dead, either, so that's good. I did try to decide today how I was going to divide my time between the two jobs (Buckle and Urban Outfitters), going to school full-time, and Adam, which is no easy task. I still haven't figured it out exactly, so I should probably get on that at some point :-P
So, I did like my outfit today when I put it on this morning in the dark, but as the day went on, I realized that I was wearing navy and black. Now, in some cases, this combination doesn't look bad, like if it's a soft black and a lighter navy, but in this particular case?? Yeah, no... Definitely not good. Regardless of that detail on my outfit, I really did like the overall feel and concept. I wore a Daytrip maxi dress that has a neon pink chiffon top and navy-and-white striped skirt ($24 after discount) with a black Daytrip lace/crochet vest ($15 after discount) and a neon pink thin Daytrip skinny belt (clearance at $4 online).

Naturally, I was bawling for a while after he told me, and to top it off, I could feel the beginning of a cold starting. To help get me out of my soon-to-be-depressed state, we decided to go out for dinner to this place called Grimaldi's in the mall. They have thin crust pizza that's supposed to be really good (and it was actually pretty good). I think going out definitely helped perk me up a little bit.
For this going-out part of the day, I kept my dress the same but threw on a navy Old Navy cardigan that I had bought for $6 at Plato's as it was a bit chilly outside. I also kept the belt the same.

I'm going to get going, now, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
