Adam's Home!!

Day 181

Hi!! So, today has been a pretty good day so far!! I didn't have my field experience this morning because the elementary school I'm at is on their Spring Break, and my first class went by surprisingly fast considering we took a ton of notes. I wasn't able to go to my second class (I had permission to miss it) because I needed to leave by 2:30 at the latest to get to the Tampa airport by 3 to pick Adam up. I had a quick meeting with my advisor after my first class to talk about scheduling stuff, and then I drove to Tampa, ran some errands, and went to get Adam. Pretty productive if I do say so myself :-)

It was kind of chilly today, but I felt like wearing a dress, so I did anyways. I wore my tan Anthropologie dress that has white sparrows on it (like $30 or so from eBay years ago) with a green Coach belt that I got on clearance for $1 at Plato's Closet and a cream Mossimo sweater cardigan ($6 or so from Plato's). CUTE!!

I freaking love this dress!! It's so flattering, it's fabulous in and of itself, and it's super lightweight so I don't get too hot. Definitely one of my favorites, for sure!!

For shoes, I went with my good 'ole pointy-toed Old Navy chevron flats that I had gotten on sale for like $8 or so over a year ago. I do love these flats!! They go with everything, for real. And the pattern isn't overwhelming, so I can pair it with other smaller-patterned pieces without too much of a problem.

I ended up surprising Adam at the airport with his favorite sub sandwich from Jersey Mike's, and I totally earned some major wife brownie points :-) Adam and I went back to the apartment from the airport, and since traffic was REALLY bad, I knew I wouldn't be able to make it to my last class on time. We ended up relaxing together for the rest of the night. It was really nice :-)

Well... I've got to get going, so until the next time... Stay fabulous and forever trending, my fellow fashionistas!! Ciao!!
