Check Out My New Skinnies!

Day #291

Totally forgot to tell you all something major important that happened yesterday! Are you ready for it?!?!

WE GOT OUR $75 CARD LOADS!!!! :)

Our maurices store had won a promotional incentive type dealio a few weeks back, and one of the prizes was $75 card load that was put on our associate cards to spend in the store! Whoop whoop! :)

We got an email on Friday saying they would be arriving soon, and what would ya know?! They arrived two hours before I was off work, so I did a little shopping when I got off. I couldn't help myself!

I ended up buying a few adorable tank tops that I had been eying for a while, and it was hard to pass them off because they were 40% off plus an extra 20% off for me. One of those tank tops I wore today, naturally. I also got a new pair of "jeggings," which are really like our version of a thin skinny jean, some jewelry (two bracelet sets and a 3-piece necklace), a pair of new flats, and some other tops. I can't wait to wear them all!

Along with the card load, we got a free dinner for the whole store on maurices, mood rings, and an adorable mug. I'm loaded now. ;) I believe the plan as of now is to go to Sakura for dinner, and I'm absolutely, 100%, a-ok with that!

Work was good! I got some great sales, and I looked adorable! Afterwards I headed home to meet up with the family so we could go out to dinner at Pepper's- a local sports bar and grill- with my dad's softball team. They had just won their tournament they competed in that day and so they wanted to celebrate their win at the place they're sponsored by. For me, that just meant a free meal. :) lol

I plan on heading to bed decently early tonight, so that means I should probably get going here. Have a fun Saturday night!
