Day 302
Hey!! I started off my day working out from 6am-715am (kickboxing and boxing basics followed by strength training), which is never a bad thing. From there, I came home, did my post-workout mini breakfast thing (protein shake and toast), and was just starting the process of relaxing on the couch until I decided to shower when I got a call from my department manager at 9:45am asking me to come in for an opening shift instead of a closing one. Of course, I said "Yes" even though Adam and I were planning on a FaceTime date during that time because I have a hard time telling people "No" and letting them down, so that was good -_-
So, I quickly showered, got ready, and got to work, clocking in at 10:45. I didn't really enjoy my work shift today because it was in an anxious/panicked state during the entire thing. My heart was beating really fast and hard, my breathing was shallow, I kept being short of breath, and I kept feeling like I could break down and cry at any minute. To top that all off, work itself was chaos due to an additional 40% off already marked down item sale. Fan.Freaking.Tastic. I did do almost $2500 in sales, so that's good I guess.
My work outfit today consisted of an off-white Forever21 top ($12) and some floral JollyChic.com cropped skinny pants ($17).
I also threw in the fabulous layered necklace I bought from Dillard's for $17 on sale for good measure.
I like this shirt because of the puffed lace sleeves. I think they're super cute :-)
AND it has a super cute cut-out/bow thing going on from the back :-)

For shoes, I went with some light brown
Rues21 flats ($15 or so) since they're cute, they're comfy, and they go with my outfit.
I got off of work at 3:45, talked to Adam on the way home, talked to 2 different car insurance agents at home, changed, packed up my MK tote, and headed on over to Starbucks for some free WiFi usage. I really just couldn't be in the apartment alone after work. I knew if I did I would just break down crying, which I do NOT like to do. Hence... Starbucks.
The outfit I changed into wasn't anything special. Just a black-and-white aztec
H&M tank top ($5 on sale) and my cropped holey
American Eagle skinny jeans ($25 on sale).
I really like the print on this tank top. When I saw it at H&M forever ago, I knew I just had to have it, and then when I saw it was on sale for like $5, I just couldn't say no.
I threw on my teal-ish
American Eagle pointy-toed flats ($7.50 on sale) to add some color since they're incredibly comfortable and happen to be one of my favorite pairs of shoes.
After spending a good 3 hours or so at Starbucks, I went home, ate a bowl of cereal, and watched a bunch of Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes via Netflix. Score :-) I'm going to head out, though, so until the next time... Stay fabulous and forever trending, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
