Accessories and X-Men

Day 242

Hi!! I worked a 9:45-4 Accessories shift at Dillard's today that went pretty well. I mean, yeah... The department was pretty slow today, but other than that small factor, it was a pretty great shift :-) For work, I wore an off-white Daytrip long-sleeved top ($32 from Buckle) and my black Daytrip jeggings ($50 from Buckle).

The back of my shirt is really cool because it has a tuxedo hem.

Also, my shirt has studded sleeves :-)

Studded sleeves :-)
For shoes, I wore a pair of off-white heels I bought from ModCloth.com that have purple-and-teel peacock feathers painted on them ($55 or so) for my wedding. Yes, I wore my wedding heels to work. I love them, paid a good amount from them, and can wear them whenever I so choose :-)

Since I knew my feet would start hurting eventually, I brought my chevron-printed Old Navy flats ($8 or so on sale a while back) to change into.

Once I got home from work, I changed into a neon pink and black-and-white-striped Daytrip dress ($38 from Buckle) with a skinny neon pink belt ($5 in a two-pack from Buckle) so Adam and I could go out to eat ASAP.

The top of my dress is super flattering without being too exposing, which I love :-)

For shoes, I wore a white pair of Charlotte Russe gladiator sandals ($10 or so on sale).

Adam and I went to Outback for dinner (YUM!!) before going to see the new X-Men movie, which was really good. It was your basic date night, and I loved every second of it :-) Once the movie ended, Adam and I went home to relax before bed. It was a great night, most definitely. I'm going to head out, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
