Slower Work Day

Day 241

Hey!! I worked another 4-9:30 Accessories shift at Dillard's today that went incredibly well, even though the department was rather slow compared to the previous days. I do really enjoy working in Accessories, and I hope I can stay there for a good amount of time before they decide to move me to a higher-selling department. We shall see :-) My outfit today consisted of a white-and-blue Forever 21 floral-printed top that has puff sleeves ($12) and the black pencil shirt my mom gave me years and years ago. She had it in the 90's and gave it to me when I was in junior high so I could wear it for concerts and what not.

For shoes, I went with a black pair of Mudd heels that I've had since junior high for the majority of my shift, but then I had to change into a black pair of Cooperative flats (about $15 or so) when my feet started hurting.

For the third day in a row, I stopped by Starbucks on my way home from work to get an iced coffee before heading home. I spent the rest of my evening relaxing just like the past two nights, but this time, Adam relaxed with me since he has the day off tomorrow. I love getting to just chill with him, especially when we haven't seen much of each other for the past few days due to our opposing work schedules.
