Working and Running Errands

Day 227

Hello!! I had another 7-3 Dock shift at Dillard's where I wore another plain black shirt with non-holey jeans and comfy shoes. It didn't go too bad, which was a good thing. However, it was really, incredibly, RIDICULOUSLY hot in the Dock area, so that part wasn't very good. Other than that, though, nothing too interesting to report here.

After work, I came home, changed into a tan ¾ Daytrip top that has "stripes" on the front and slits on the sleeves (about $16 after discount) and a pair of navy American Eagle shorts that I've had for forever (they were like $20 or $25 on sale when I bought them) so Adam and I could run some errands before traffic became unbearable.

I'm not entirely sure if you would call the pattern on my shirt "stripes" or not, but that's the best I could come up with on my feet :-P

I love that there's slits in the sleeves so I don't get too hot wearing it.

2 slits per sleeve= comfy and breathable
For shoes, I went with a nude pair of Mossimo flats that I had bought from Plato's Closet a while back for about $6 or so. SO comfy, by the way :-)

After running our errands, Adam and I went home, made some pasta with alfredo sauce for dinner, and then relaxed for the rest of the night. Nothing too special, but it definitely felt nice to sit and put my feet up after working most of the day :-) All right, I'm going to head out, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
