Day 244
Hi!! I started off my day by working a 9:45-3 Accessories shift that went pretty well since I ended up making like $1700 in the short time I worked, so that's a good thing. I guess one could make the argument that I'm good at what I do, if that's really what one wants to do... ;-) For my rather productive work shift, I wore a short-sleeved
Maurice's black blazer ($10 on sale) over a black-and-white
Love Culture sleeveless top ($20 or so) with a mint green
Pins and Needles an Urban Outfitters brand pencil skirt ($2 on clearance at Plato's Closet). It's so freaking fabulous!!
The top underneath is white with a black lace-like pattern on it, and it's super cute. I bought it with my birthday money last year when my family was here :-)
I really love the zig-zag stitching on this pencil skirt. It makes the skirt different from other pencil skirts, and the fact that I got it for $2 on clearance from Plato's Closet is pretty fabulous :-)
I went with a pair of black
American Eagle mary jane heels that I've had for many years. I think I had bought them from Payless for around $20 or so?? But it's been so long since I bought them that I just can't remember :-P
After work, I went home, changed into a comfy outfit, and then just relaxed for the rest of the night with Adam. This comfy outfit consisted of a plain white
Mossmio tee ($8 or so) under a golden yellow
Banana Republic cardigan ($20 from an outlet store) with a pair of mint green
Copper Key shorts that have white elephants on them (Dillard's for $25). SO comfy!!
The white elephants on these shorts is the sole reason I bought them. I LOVE elephants!!
Relaxing for the rest of the night is a fantastic idea, so I'm going to continue doing that. Have a great night, and until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
