There is just something about my outfit today that makes me feel like a mom. I've got my somewhat Bermuda shorts on, some closed-toe canvas shoes, and a striped button-down top. I think it's the shorts that's doing it for me...
Honestly, I wasn't too in love with my outfit this morning when I first put it on. I felt frumpy and blah and just average. Nothing about my look screamed "BAM!" or "How fashionable!", at least not at first.
Then I tried adding some accessories. You can never underestimate the power of accessories to spruce up an outfit in need! I added on a cute vest, with a little sparkle to it, and a simple, statement necklace to kick it up a notch. Now I'm feeling much better about my "mommy" look! lol
Work was okay; not too long, not too short. I got a high ADS (average dollar per sale) and I exceeded my sales goal for the day! The only bummer was that I didn't get a maurices card sign-up, but that's alright. I'm still proud of my $85 ADS! P.S. our store goal every day is for everyone to get a $65 ADS each day. Whoop whoop! :)
