Day 230
Hello!! I had to work an exhausting 7-12 Dock shift at Dillard's today (wearing a plain black top, non-holey jeans, and comfy shoes). Yeah, I know... It was only a 5 hour shift... But having to unload a huge truck in 90 degree weather with NO AC sucks big time. For real.
After work, I came home, changed into a more fashionable outfit, and then relaxed with Adam before dinner. My outfit consisted of a cute no name cream dress ($12 from Plato's) with a neon pink belt from Buckle ($4 or $5 online in a pack). Cute and oh so comfy :-)
The texture/pattern on the top of my dress is really interesting and unique, which is why I bought it. True story :-)
For shoes, I wore a simple pair of
R2 sandals I had bought from Buckle for about $24 or so after my discount. They're really comfy and happen to go with almost any outfit. Score!!
For dinner, Adam and I went to this place called Bar Louie, which is over by The Pub. It was actually pretty good :-) We will definitely be going back. After dinner, Adam and I went back to the apartment to relax before bed. The whole relaxing part of my night was very much so needed after unloading a truck today. For real.
