Holy cow I was dying at work today!!!
We were supposed to wear "fall tops, jeggings, and boots or booties" to work, so I wore my new tank top, open front cardigan, jeggings, and riding boots. That was way too many layers to wear on a hot day, especially when we're crazy busy and doing sidewalk sales outside. WOOF. I just about died of head from being outside for the first hour of work!
I worked from 10AM to 2 this afternoon- so only four hours- and then I was heading off to Irish Fest again to work for there for five hours. Since there were only four of us working of the first three hours, we each got the first of the credit card sign-ups. Whoop whoop! :) I was so close to getting my second one before I left, but the girl bailed on it last minute. -_-
Gage and I were able to come up with a plan last night regarding him getting into Irish Fest for free. I was given a wristband to wear while working, and when I put it on, I made sure to make it loose enough for me to slip it off at the end of the night. Gage was able to take the wristband apart, put it on his wrist, and snap it back together. BOOM. He's now getting in for free. :) I was going to take mine off before work anyways, so I just told the lady at the volunteer table that I had to take it off for work, and I asked for a new one. :) I'm such a rebel...lol
