OH, Look... Another Closing Shift

Day 331

Hi!! As much as I don't want to admit it, I'm still just as tired as I have been the past few days. I don't know what's wrong with me, for real. I've been getting plenty of sleep, eating fairly regularly, working out a little bit everyday but Sundays, you know... The stuff that's supposed to be good for you. But apparently, my body just has other ideas on what it needs. Hopefully I can figure it out soon, because this seemingly-permanent, overwhelming feeling of pure exhaustion is not fun whatsoever.

I did force myself to work out for a good 45 minutes this morning (9:45-10:30ish), so that's good. I didn't use this exhaustion thing as an excuse to skip a workout. Aren't you so proud?! ;-) This workout did completely kick my butt, though. Just saying.

After my workout, I came home, made my typical after-workout breakfast (protein shake and toast), watched some Angel and Buffy episodes, enjoyed a long shower, and took my time getting ready. Since I knew I didn't have to work until later (5-9:30), I decided to put on a comfy and casual yet cute outfit to run some errands. This outfit consisted of a bow Daytrip tee (Buckle, $22) and some high-waisted pink/red BDG cropped skinny pants (Plato's Closet, $12 or so). I really liked the pop of color from my pants :-)

This top is SO comfortable, for real. And it's still pretty cute. That's just a big win all around :-)

I threw on a basic pair of white H&M flats ($12) for ease and comfort, just because I felt like it.

My errands consisted of printing off some stuff for school at the business center in my apartment complex, putting gas in the Volkswagen, going to Starbucks for some free Wifi usage, and checking the mail. From there, I went home to change into my work outfit and then subsequently went to work. This work outfit consisted of a cute Forever21 floral top ($12 or so) and some navy cropped Gianni Bini skinny pants (Dillard's, $40 on sale). Pretty cute, right?!

I love the pattern on this top!!

For shoes, I went with my favorite teal pointy-toed American Eagle flats ($7.50 on sale) to add a pop of color to the otherwise darker-colored outfit. I do love these flats quite a bit :-P

After work, I came home, changed into my PJs, watched some Angel and Buffy on Netflix, and then went to bed. Fun times, right?! Well, I'm going to head out now, so until the next time... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
