Thank Goodness for Chelsea!!

Day 321

Hi!! So, last night I apparently decided subconsciously that I really only needed 3 hours of sleep before my 6am workout class... Not such a great idea, but I did manage to rock it out to the best of my abilities, no worries :-) I didn't stay for a full hour, though, just the first 30 minute kickboxing and boxing basics class since I had to run to Amscot to get a money order to pay for a traffic violation ticket Adam received months ago. That's a long story, but basically the traffic people at the Court House are very "special" and highly frustrating, and I had to send them a money order to pay for the stupid ticket. So, after working out, I made the Amscot run, put the money order in an envelope, and then put it in the outgoing mail slot of our complex.

From there, I did my after-workout protein shake and toast breakfast, showered, got ready, and had some bags packed for a girl's day in Fort Meyers with my friend Chelsea from work. She picked me up at 9:30am to make the 2.5ish hour trip. The way there was actually pretty fun since Chelsea and I are very similar and have very similar tastes in music. Good times, for sure :-)

My main outfit today consisted of a cute no name tank top I bought from a small boutique in Maine while on vacation with Adam ($35 or $40 I think) and my cropped holey American Eagle skinny jeans ($25 on sale). Cute, yet super comfortable.

Here's the tank's pattern up close.

Vaguely similar tank top
And the button detailing on the back that's super freaking cute.

Finally got a good picture of the button detailing on the back :-P
I decided to go with a simple pair of R2 sandals ($40) I bought from Buckle when I worked there since I knew we were going to the beach at some point.

When we got to Fort Meyers, Chelsea and I went to one of her doctors for a short appointment so she could get a prescription refilled, which was followed by a trip to the Walgreens pharmacy down the road. After that, we went to the beach for a few hours. Then, we changed back into our regular clothes so she could show me around the campus of the college she graduated from and one of her favorite shops downtown. Super fun :-)

Dinner consisted of some pre-made wraps and sandwiches from Target that we ate on the way home. They were delicious, by the way. The ride home was pretty fun, too, considering how tired we both were. Somehow we still managed to rock out to the random music on my iPod :-P Once I got home, I changed into my PJs, watched a few Buffy episodes, and then went to bed.

Overall, I had a really great day with Chelsea. I'm so glad she invited me with her. I knew my day would've been rough if I spent it in the apartment because it would've been the first day I've had alone since before Katy got here. Chelsea knew that, too, which is one of the reasons she invited me. That, and we like to hang out with each other :-) All right, I'm going to call it quits now, so until the next time... Stay fabulous and forever trending, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
