Class Attack

Day 113

Hey guys!! I kind of stayed up super, duper late last night to finish the second Vampire Academy book... Which is a pretty standard thing for me to do when it comes to my books. I'm actually a little bit surprised about how much I really like this series so far. I've already read a ton of vampire books/series, so for me, a series about vampires is pretty close to beating a dead horse (if you know what I mean). I wanted to read this series before the movie comes out because that's just how I am, even though I was kind of iffy on the whole vampire thing, but I actually really, really like it. Like, a lot. It's a different take on vampires and what not. Yay!!

So, I kind of had the world's biggest migraine when I first woke up this morning, which made me miss my first class at 11, but it's no big deal. It turns out that it was a super short class that didn't involve much note taking. Thank goodness :-) I ended up getting up noon in order to leave by 12:30 (I had showered when I first woke up this morning) so I could be on-campus before 1:30. That way, I'd have at least 30 minutes before class to run errands and what not.

I got on-campus around 1:15, went to the bookstore to pick up a course packet I had ordered and get the fifth Game of Thrones book for Adam, grabbed some Starbucks at the cafe in the bookstore, and then went to sit outside of my class to do the research for the blog (hey, searching for everything I've worn is kind of hard work). It was nice to have a little down time before class started :-)

My 2-3:25 Introduction to Diversity for Educators class was OK. Kind of boring, but still not too bad. After class,  I ended up talking to a girl in my class named Breanna for almost an hour, which was really nice. She gave me a bunch of helpful advice about workout classes offered during my 2.5 hour break on Mondays and Wednesdays, which is something I should definitely look into/consider. For sure. After that, I ended up doing homework, doing some more research for the blog, and reading a bit from the third book in my series. All while sitting outside in the nice weather. Love it!!

For class today, I wore a dark blue chiffon Lily Rose shirt that has little birds on it (Kohl's for $9 on sale years and years ago) under a golden yellow Banana Republic cardigan (like $20 at an outlet mall) with my off-white infinity BKE sweater scarf ($10 after discount). SO CUTE!! Then, I added a simple pair of dark wash American Eagle skinny jeans (like $35 or so).

I love the color combo in this outfit!! SO cute!!

I ended up going with a pair of brown Soda boots that I got from Plato's for like $12 or so because they look cute with my outfit, they're comfy, and I love them a lot :-)

Like my watch?! Isn't it SO cute?! It's a light teal BKE chevron watch that I had gotten for like $22 after my discount. I LOVE IT!!

My 6-8:55 Science for All Students class was really long, slightly boring, but still pretty good. It really does seem like one of the longest classes I've taken in a while, but my teacher is pretty cool so it's not too bad. After class, I made the 45 minute drive back to my apartment. Once I got home, I relaxed for a bit before doing a bit of homework and then reading more of my book. The best part of that was reading my book, obviously :-P I have to finish some more posts, so until I finish the next one... Stay fabulous, my lovelies!! Ciao!!
