Hey!! So, as you can probably guess, Adam and I finally had a day off together, and I couldn't be more excited!! We slept in, ate breakfast together, and then went to Jersey Mike's for lunch (something we ALWAYS do when we have a day off together), which was delicious as always :-) After that, we ran a ton of errands (Target, Pet Smart, Publix) to get some much-needed supplies/groceries. Fun stuff, right? ;-)
For the errand-filled part of our day, I looked super freaking cute!! I wore a blue Xhilaration pleather jacket ($25 on sale) over a navy/floral Lauren Conrad chiffon top (Kohl's $25ish), which looked really, really cute!! I had to add a plain navy camisole underneath since the chiffon top is kind of see-through, but hey, it's all good. All that matters is how fabulous I looked ;-) For jeans, I wore my good 'ole cropped American Eagle holey skinnies ($25 on sale) because I love them.

Then, for shoes, I decided to go with the grayish Aldo boots my husband had gotten me for our 1 year wedding anniversary (they're around $100). I LOVE these boots!! My husband has such good taste, I'm sooooo lucky :-)
By the time we got home, we were super, duper hungry, so Adam made some dinner (pasta) that we ended up devouring in no time :-P Later on, Adam and I went over to the Montgomery's apartment to hang out, which was really fun :-) We ended up playing like Super Mario World (or something like that) on their Wii, and guess what?! I WON!! I never win, ever, so I was super excited when I went from losing the first game to tying the second to winning the third. BAM!!
For the hangout part of our day, I wore a cute navy "Yale" tank (Plato's $6) under a XXI cream-and-navy striped cardigan (Plato's $6) with my super cute cream BKE infinity sweater scarf ($10 after discount). Not a whole lot of crazy colors going on, but still a super cute outfit :-) I ended up keeping my holey cropped skinnies on because, well... they are just that comfy.

For shoes, I went with my somewhat old teal pointy Mossimo flats that have little holes in them ($5 on sale) because they added an extra color to my otherwise navy-and-cream outfit. What?! I love them, OK?! :-P

After hanging out with the Montgomerys, Adam and I went home and passed out in bed pretty much right away. We're such an old married couple sometimes, it's kind of crazy :-P Now, I have to catch up on some more posts, so until the next one... Stay fabulous my fellow fashionistas :-) Ciao!!
