Short Work Day :-)

Day 107

Aloha!! So, I had a really short 9:30-3 shift at work today which went by, like I said, really slow. I have no idea how a 5.5 hour shift can feel like eternity, but today it definitely did. It wasn't a bad day, though, which is good :-)

For work, I wore a Daytrip cheetah-print fitted tee ($6 on Vinted App) over a plain black camisole with a black Daytrip jacket (about $38 after discount) and my teal BKE holey infinity scarf ($10 after discount). It looked really, really cute!! I went with a pair of dark wash BKE skinnies (about $45 after discount) because they're really, really comfy :-)

This is what my top looks like. It's not even sold on Buckle.com anymore... Oops :-P This App called Vinted (where I got this top) is amazing because girls are able to sell their clothes and accessories for super cheap, which means I'm able to buy clothes for work for SUPER cheap, too!!

I wen with my off-white Not Rated heeled and bedazzled boots (about $45 after discount) again, but this time I added a pair of off-white BKE boot socks (like $6 after discount) which just gave my outfit that extra umph :-)

After work, I came home, changed, ate, and then made a Target run with Adam to pick up some groceries for future dinners. For that, I just changed into a green off-the-shoulder Xhilaration top ($3 at Plato's), a white Just Fab scarf that has words printed on it (free after so many dollars in purchases), and my cropped American Eagle holey skinnies ($25 after discount) since it was easy, comfy, and still prevented me from looking like a typical hot mess of a shopper. Win :-)

I LOVE this scarf!! After I had bought like 5 or 6 pairs of heels/shoes from Just Fab, I had enough member points to get a free gift, and I chose this scarf. Let me tell you, I don't regret that choice AT ALL!! I could've gotten like some necklaces/bracelets, a small clutch, a pair of shades, or this scarf, and I was like "OH MY HELLO scarf!!" So, yeah... that's how that happened :-P

I slipped on a pair of white no name flats that have little cut outs in them ($9 at Plato's) because they matched, they're easy, and they're comfortable. Just makes sense.

After Target, Adam and I came home, put everything away, relaxed for a bit (I began reading the second book in my series, Insurgent, while he browsed on his computer), and then Adam got ready for bed/went to bed while I continued to read my book. Let's just say that I there's a really, really, REALLY good chance that I started and finished this book in one day... Yup. True story. I'm that ridiculous. BUT IT WAS JUST SO FREAKING GOOD!! Seriously, it's mandatory that everyone read this series!! NOT EVEN KIDDING!!

Ok, so I ended up going to bed at like 3 in the morning.. Yikes!! But, again, no regrets whatsoever, which is good :-) Now, I have like 2 more posts to catch up on, so I'm going to go do that. Until I finish the next one... stay fashionable!! Ciao!!
