Aloha!! Adam and I slept in pretty late today, and it felt AMAZING!! Once we were up and breakfast was consumed, we decided to do some cleaning around the apartment. Adam tackled the kitchen while I took on our bathroom. It felt SO good to finally have a clean(er) apartment :-P We also took out all of the trash and cardboard boxes that had piled up over the past few weeks. Thank God we did that, because that mountain of garbage was really getting out of control… For serious.
We showered, got ready, did the laundry, relaxed, and made a Target run, all before dinner. Decently productive if I do say so myself :-)While at Target, we picked up some dinner items and a large bucket of margarita mix for Christmas dinner with the Montgomerys, as well as some toiletries and what not. For dinner, we are planning on making parmesan chicken cutlets, smashed potatoes, broccoli, and some biscuits. YUM!! We had also got the ingredients to make butter crunch, this candy-type thing his mom always used to make for Christmas. Adam ended up making that as I did laundry and FaceTimed my family. It smelled (and looked) kind of funny, but now that it's done and in the fridge, I'd say it looks pretty delicious :-)
Today, I decided to be kind of lazy and not do too much with my outfit. I wore a black XXI shirt that has a sheer, cheetah-printed chiffon back ($6 at Plato's) under a cream Mossimo knitted cardigan ($6 at Plato's). SOOOOOO comfy, and it still looked cute enough so that when we did grace the public with our presence, I didn't feel like a slob. Win!! For pants, I decided to wear my cropped and holey American Eagle skinnies ($25) because they're just that comfy. I know, I've worn them a lot lately, but I just can't help it :-)

Here's what the back of my shirt looked like. It's a looser-fitting shirt that has a slight hi-low bottom to it, which I love. I like to make sure that when I bend over or squat, none of my stuff shoes, if you know what I mean ;-)
For shoes, I did my teal Mossimo pointy flats that have little holes in them ($5 at Target) because they are my favorite. For real. I love them a lot!! The color is super cute, they're really comfy, and I just love the look of them, even if they are worn out and slightly dirty :-P

I'm off to relax a bit before getting ready for the day (it's Wednesday, AKA CHRISTMAS, right now), so until I do today's post later on… Stay productive, my fellow fashionistas!! Ciao!!
