Two Days in One!!

Days 67 & 68

Hey!! How's it goin?! Yesterday felt like the world's longest day, even though I know it wasn't. I worked 11-7, so only 8 hours, but the day just seemed to drag on and on and on :-P I didn't even make $1000 in sales... Yikes!! Oh well. I got home from work, ate some thin crust pizza from Marco's with Adam, and then hung out with the couple we're friends with. We ended up going over to their apartment and planning this Klondike game (which I won) and Beatle's Monopoly (I did NOT win that one). It was a pretty fun night, if I do say so myself :-)

I ended up wearing a mostly Daytrip (one of the Buckle's brands) outfit somehow, minus my shoes and camisole. IDK how, but it happened. I wore an off-white lace-front Daytrip shirt (about $20 after discount) under a tan-and-off-white Daytrip crocheted cardigan (about $25 after discount) with a tan Charlotte Russe camisole underneath ($5). Cute!

I wore a pair of darkish wash Daytrip skinny jeans as well (about $30 after discount) that are super comfy. They're the Lynx fit, which means it's meant for "curvy" girls. In other words, it's a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Me gusta :-)

For shoes, I went with a deeply fabulous pair of off-white Not Rated boots (about $48 after discount) that have some bling action going on. I LOVE them SO much!!

After hanging out with our friends, Adam and I went home and went to bed :-P We're just like an old married couple, and I love it! I didn't really do much homework yesterday, go figure. I kind of need to stop procrastinating on my homework... Oops!!

Today, I most definitely slept in a bit, and it was awesome!! Adam and I got up, showered, got ready, and went to Jersey Mike's for lunch around 1:30. We then ventured on over to the Super Target to get some groceries and look at coffee machine prices. Super exciting, right?! ;-) Now we are watching The Cat in the Hat, a movie that I personally get an immense amount of entertainment from. LOVE IT!!

I decided to wear a cute black-and-white patterned Xhileration peplum top ($5 from Plato's) with a thin gray belt and some American Eagle skinny jeans ($25). To add some color, I added my good 'ole teal Mossimo pointy flats. Cute and comfy!! I tend to avoid wearing my Buckle clothes on non-work days so I don't ruin them. Smart, right?! Right!!

Now, unfortunately, I need to get started on my homework... It's a group project that I've been collaborating on all day, but it still needs my attention. So, until tomorrow... Stay productive, my fellow fashionistas :-) Ciao!!
