Hi ya'all! So, today was THE WORST DAY OF WORK EVER!! I only had a 1-8 shift (that turned into me working 1-9:30 because I had to stay and finish helping my guest), which shouldn't have been too bad, but it really was. We were so busy, again, and there were too many people working, again, and I struggled to get guests, again. It was fantastic… NOT!! I didn't even make $900 in sales when I should've been able to hit $2500 according to my manager. It was really that bad. And to top it off, I got talked to about my low sales performance by several of the leaders as well as my manager. By the time I left work, not only was I just fed up with having to stay 1.5 hours longer than I was scheduled, but I was just DONE with working, period. I was so frustrated and upset as I left that I hardcore considered starting to search for a different job. I didn't actually start doing that, but I thought about it.
For my outfit, I went with a different BKE burnout that's tan with fun patterned sleeves (about $18 after discount), a fun striped Billabong sweater cardigan (about $45 after discount), and a darker tan Charlotte Russe camisole ($5). It looked pretty cute, but my bad mood and terrible work day made me not care about my super cute outfit as much as I normally would. I wore a really dark wash pair of BKE Payton fit skinnies, too (about $40 after discount). They're super comfy, which helped a little bit in making my day not as sucky as it could've been.

The sleeves on my burnout are really, really cool, mostly because of the cheetah print on the end of them. What can I say? I'm a girl who appreciates a good cheetah print :-) Normally I'm somewhat hesitant when it comes to mixing prints, but I thought the stripes on my cardigan actually looked pretty good with the printed sleeve part of my burnout.
I went with my caramel colored Not Rated boots because I do love boots, especially when the boots are super cute. That, and I have more pairs of work boots than I do work flats. When you're a boot fanatic like I am that does happen :-P
When I got home from work, I heated up some egg drop soup and an egg roll that Adam had gotten with the Chinese food he ordered earlier in the evening. Then, Adam and I rented Prisoners via Xbox live. It was really, really good!! Really, really intense, but still really, really good!! The ending wasn't necessarily my favorite, but the movie itself was, again, really, really good :-P I highly recommend watching it. For serious! The storyline was really interesting, and the acting was amazing. GO WATCH IT… NOW!! Please? :-)
After the movie ended, I continued to read the fourth (and last) book in my series. I actually ended up finishing it at like 1:30am, which wasn't necessarily smart because I had to be up by 6:30 and at work by 8. Oops :-P The Caster Chronicle Series was SO good though!! Completely worth the lack of sleep I got. Not even kidding. READ IT!! Please?!?! ;-) Now… off to finish another post. Until it's done… stay rested and fabulous ;-) Ciao!!
