Saturdays Are Crazy Busy

Day 81

Hiya!! So… About Saturdays… They're busy. Especially the couple of weeks before Christmas. No big deal. I'm just going to be really, really worn out until after Christmas because of work. Yay?? Anyways, my Saturday was really busy (IDK if you caught onto that fact or not :-P). I was constantly running around, which made me super hot, again. I need to figure out a solution to my "hot box" problem ASAP because being overheated at work, especially when it's crazy busy, is not fun.

I worked a 1-8 shift today, so after work I was able to spend some time with my husband :-) We didn't really do much of anything when I got home, other than just relaxing in our apartment with our kittens and our bunny, but that's never a bad thing.

I wore a cream Daytrip ¾ length sleeve top that has layers of lace (about $22 after discount) with my super cute stripped Billabong cardigan (like $40 after discount). SO CUTE!! Underneath my cream shirt, I wore a navy Xhilaration camisole. Third layer win ;-) For jeans, I wore some dark wash BKE Payton skinnies that are ridiculous comfy (about $45 after discount). Let's just say that I was totally in love with this outfit… Because it is super cute :-)

Here's a close-up of the cream lace shirt. LOVE IT!! One of the reasons I like it so much is because of how it's not your typical lace shirt. It's just fabulous :-)

AND here's a close-up of my cardigan. It's definitely one of my favorite pieces from the Buckle. It sold so ridiculously fast, it's not even available online anymore, and it's only been out for a month. Crazy!!

I decided to go with my blinged-out Not Rated cream boots because, well… I just love them to pieces. Who doesn't want to wear a kicka** pair of boots that sparkle?! I mean, seriously, why would anyone say "No" to wearing them?! Just saying :-P

While relaxing after work, my husband and I did some Christmas present browsing to figure out what to get everyone. I'm so terrible when it comes to present shopping for others… I'm serious. It's bad. I'm just too indecisive. True story :-P Once my husband went to bed, I started reading the first book in The Caster Chronicles (Beautiful Creatures), which is pretty good :-) If you like fantasy books set in modern times, then this is the series for you. DO NOT think the Beautiful Creatures movie is like the Beautiful Creatures book, because the movies is soooooooo much worse! For future reference ;-) Now, off to catch up on some more posts…. So, until the next one (maybe like 5 more minutes tops)… Stay beautiful :-) Ciao!!

-Kassy
