Hello all :-) Guess who had a day off today?!?! This girl!! I slept in until 11 and just relaxed until about 3 or so while watching Say Yes to the Dress (I LOVE that show!!). After taking a relaxing bath, the hubby and I went to Pet Supermarket for the purpose of getting some kitten food and a toy for bunny. When we walked into the store, I see a three cage tower set up with two adorable little kittens in it. There were two older ladies next to the cage who were trying to get the kittens pre-adopted. What they do is rescue cats and kittens, care for them, and then foster them until a good home can be found. After petting the kittens, the hubby and I picked up the items we needed while discussing if we want another kitten. In the end, and after holding the kittens for a bit, we ended up pre-adopting one of them. No worries, we had discussed getting another kitten before today :-) So, in 2-3 weeks or so, Adam and I will have another little kitten to love!! Yay!!
As for my outfit today, I went comfy and cute again :-P Since it was ridiculously hot out, I thought a tank top and shorts would be perfect, and it was :-) I wore a pink, purple, and white patterned tank that I got from American Eagle for $8 with a pair of dark denim shorts from Papaya when I first move down here. The shorts are my favorite pair of shorts. I literally wear them all the time :-)
For shoes, I picked another Papaya item. They're a pair of nude flats that I've worn so much that it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing shoes when I have them on :-P Lets just say I love these flats a little bit too much... At some point in the near future they will need to be replaced, but until that point, I'm going to get my money's worth ;-)
Since the picture of my outfit isn't a close up, I thought it would be helpful to include a picture of the pattern on my tank. The color is slightly off as it's white-based and the picture doesn't show that very well :-P But at least the pattern is clear. That is a plus, right?! :-)
For dinner, Adam and I went to a Chinese place called Tampa Buffet, and it was delicious :-) And now we are watching Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Arc, and AMAZING movie!! I'm gonna focus on the movie and the hubby, and I promise to get on the sister about catching up on her posts ;-) She's been on vacation with her boyfriend, and I guess her app on her phone has been acting up. Hence her not posting. Oh well, she'll make up for it at some point. That's all for now, folks :-) Ciao!!
