Lazy Days... Day Eight!!

DAY EIGHT

Howdy folks!! This girl had a [lazy] day off today :-P Let's see here... closed at Plato's last night after a 9.5 hour day, got home by 9:45, stayed up until 2am, slept in suuuuuuuuuuper late, finally got out of bed around 2pm this afternoon, lounged around while the hubby took a nap, and started getting ready for "the day" around 4pm or so. So yeah... really lazy day.

If it hasn't been figured out by now, I do love me some cute dresses :-) This is literally what my like third dress since this challenge started, and it's only day eight? Yeah... I love dresses :-) I would literally wear one every day if I could (and if I had enough of them to do so). Today I went with yet another Plato's find, a black spaghetti-strap dress with tan/off-white arrows (or something like an arrow) design that's a Black Poppy label. I have no idea what that label is nor where I would purchase more items like it. What I do know is that I only paid like $10 for this dress, and let me just say, it is just fabulous!!

I had to an a belt to my ensemble because otherwise the dress can make me look a wee bit frumpy, and that's a big no-no. I added my yellow belt that I've had for forever. I think it might be from Target, but I honestly don't remember. It's very possible that it came with another dress or something. IDK :-P

You can see the arrow-type patterns a TON better in this pic!!

For shoes, I went slightly more plain and decided to go with my black pointy-toed City Classified flats that I bought from Traffic for $15 after my old ones died. At first, these flats were really stiff and gave me blisters, but I've luckily managed to wear them in. Now, they're super comfy as well as super awesome :-) These just happen to be another favorite pair of flats for me, so ya'all will definitely be seeing a whole lot more of them. Just saying ;-)

After the hubby and I got ready to go, we went to another couple's apartment where we ate Papa John's pizza (YUM) until a third couple joined us. We went to the "We're the Millers" movie together, and let me just tell you, it was SOOOOOOOOOO funny!! I highly recommend seeing ASAP!! It's definitely rated R for a reason though, just a heads up. But seriously... see the movie. You won't regret it :-)

Well, this girl needs to get to bed since she has to be at work by 8:45 tomorrow morning. Ya'all have a great night, and you'll be hearing from me tomorrow while I rock my Plato's t-shirt again (fun, right?). Night!!
