Fine on five!

Day #5

Day five was a definitely a glam one! I felt like getting all dolled up since I haven't had the chance to in a week and a half (because of work). It was so needed!!!

I decided to pull out all the stops today with my Steve Madden heels, newly bought from Famous Footwear (they were a birthday gift), and my brand new, never worn before, burgundy maxi dress from Forever 21! I've never worn a maxi dress before, so it took a bit to adjust to it, but it was super comfy and actually pretty easy to maneuver around in. Hallelujah! lol  Since the dress was just a solid color, I paired it with a fancy necklace to add some spice. I also added some bracelets and earrings to accompany the necklace. I be looking good! ;)

My shoes made me look average height, since the heels are so high, but they did hurt my feet after a while of walking around the mall. :P They're simple black strappy wedges, with cork on the base. Easy to pair with a cute top and skinny jean, which I've done before, or a dress, as I did today! These wedges are probably my favorite heels at this point in time, even though they hurt me. To add to the fabulousity of today, I added my gorgeous Kate Spade handbag that I actually when I was in Tampa, visiting my sister (Kassy) and brother-in-law! We went to this amazing outlet mall and I fell in love with this bag, knowing that I had no choice but to purchase it. I would have DIED without it! Not to be dramatic or anything...;) lol  It was a major steal though! They had a sale going on so I ended up paying about $40 or so, when it was originally price at $75! Boom. It was a must have! Anyways, the outlet mall was phenomenal, even though it wasn't the nicest outside when we were there. My awesome purchases made up for mother nature's meanness. ;)

Besides going shopping, I didn't do all that much today. My two younger sisters and I went to Crossroads Mall, in the town next to mine, and shopped around for a few hours. I bought two pairs of earrings, two pairs of shoes, two dresses, some fragrances from B&BW, and some body spray from Victoria's Secret, which smells AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!!! It's one of the newer scents and I'm obsessed! I plan on taking it with me when I leave for Charleston in a few days, to see my boyfriend. I'll be smelling good for my man! haha

After shopping, I went tanning with my family, parents included (yes, we go tanning as a family). I haven't been in the tanning beds for a while, so it was a little weird getting back into it, but it was still nice. When I got home I skyped with Gage (my bf) and we planned out the itinerary for when I come visit on Thursday. I'm so extremely pumped to be there with him!!! We've been apart for over a month now, and before that, we were apart for two months. When I saw him last, it was only for a day at his Navy bootcamp graduation. His whole family and his best friend were all there with me, so I didn't even get alone time with him. It'll be so nice to have him all to myself for just a couple of days! :)

That seems to sum it all up for today! I'm off to bed, but I'll be back tomorrow again with some kind of killer outfit, I promise! Have a wonderful night. Ciao! <3
