Day Seven
Bonjour mon amis!! (Hello my friends) How's life? Well, even though I did have to close at Plato's today and didn't get to have a shopping spree like my sister, I did still have a pretty fabulous day. I didn't have to wake up early, I got to relax and watch TLC (Say Yes to the Dress!!) while eating my Fruits and Yogurt Special K cereal (It's literally the bomb dot com), and my kitten decided that she likes cuddling with me in the mornings :-) Work really wasn't bad, either. We stayed on top of everything, and I was able to find some really cute items to purchase later in the week (yeah, I know... I don't really need anything nor do I have room for anymore items in my closet, but come on... a girl has to shop :-P)
When I woke up this morning, I felt pretty girly and didn't really want to wear pants, so I decided to go for a dress as they're easy and adorable!! This particular dress I super, super adorable with a tan base and black polka-dots :-) I just got this dress from Plato's the other day for $8!! It's a Forever 21 dress, and I love it a ridiculous amount :-P My favorite part about it is that the skirt is super flirty!! Plus, it has thicker straps so I don't have to wear a strapless bra or worry about my straps showing (that really bothers me for some reason). I also got a ton of compliments on my dress, even from people I don't know, which is a HUGE confidence booster!!
I decided to go with a matching black belt instead of yellow because this black belt just happens to have stud detailing along the back, which is super cute :-) I have absolutely no idea where I got this belt or what the brand is. All I know is that it's been in my closet for forever :-P
It just so happens that I LOVE these teal, pointy-toed Mossimo flats from Target and that I do tend to wear them a LOT :-P But they're just so darn cute and go with sooooooo many outfits!! I just had to add them to this outfit because they give it a pop of color. It was necessary ;-) And they just happen to be super duper comfy, so that makes them even more necessary. Comfort is key when you're on your feet all day long!!
Well mon amis, this girl has to get ready for bed (and possibly watch a movie before actually going to bed :-P), but don't worry, I'll post another fabulous outfit tomorrow, and much earlier in the day, too!! Night and sweet dreams!!
