Get 'er done!

Day #13

I didn't have to work today so I was able to sleep in and relax, all helping me to recuperate from my vacation. I slept in until about 10:30am, and I stayed in bed for another thirty minutes just watching some Bravo and playing Freecell on my phone. lol

Once I showered, I picked out a casual and comfy outfit, since I had planned on getting some stuff done during the day. I wore a light blue, navy, tan, and white striped BDG. v-neck tee from Urban Outfitters, dark denim jean shorts from Hollister, and my new Rue21 white sandals. I haven't worn that tee in a long time so I felt it was necessary to whip it out of my smothering closet and let it breathe! lol  Then, I did a little twist-braid thing with my hair today, just to add a little flavor to my look.

I didn't end up going anywhere outside of my house today, but I did get a lot of stuff done, all while in the comfort of my room! I plopped myself down on my comfy full-size bed and got right to work! I got some of my old school books sold to Chegg.com, bought thirteen new school books for under $130, ironed my laundry, put the rest of my clean clothes away, and bought some cute new dresses from Forever21! I was busy, busy, busy! lol  I hadn't intended on buying new clothes from Forever21, but I ended up finding some really cute things on sale while I was just simply browsing. I couldn't resist! :) haha  Oh! And I painted my nails today too! I used a pretty light pink OPI nail polish, called "Arrivederci!". :)

Since I got back from my trip to Charleston, I have been all about the cleaning and housewife lifestyle! I've always kind of joked about being a trophy wife and a stay-at-home mom, but now that I have a boyfriend who thinks it's totally a-okay, I've started to pursue it a little more as a dream goal of mine. lol  I've actually always liked cleaning. As weird as it seems, it relaxes me to clean, and I feel much better with everything neat and tidy and organized! I love doing laundry and cleaning out my closet! That's probably my favorite...I'm weird. :P lol  So, being around Gage, I was extra tidy and clean-freaky. I ironed my clothes, if they were wrinkly, before I put them on and went out for the day, made the bed each morning, and cleaned up after myself constantly. In a way, I think I was unconsciously showing to him that I would be a great stay-at-home mom/housewife. Hopefully it worked! ;)

I felt AMAZING after getting everything done today and checking them off my to-do list! Although it took a while to get it all done, I was able to complete everything I set off to do. I still have to go through my closet and get rid of some more clothes I no longer wear and clean off my desk in my room, but those are both pretty minimal things compared to what I had to do earlier! So I'm not too worried. :)

I plan on relaxing for the rest of the night, just watching some more Real Housewives on Bravo, which is by far my favorite thing to watch! I think I have another "hot" skype date later with my boyfrand later, too!!!!!!!! I'm obvi looking forward to it, in case you couldn't tell! :) That's all she wrote for tonight! Ciao darlings!
