Working on my first day back. Gag.

Day #12

So, as you can see by the title of this post, I had to work today. -_-  FML. I wasn't scheduled to work, but Katy (my 17-year-old sister) had texted me last night asking if I would work her shift from 2:30-9:30pm, so I said fine. She wanted to go to her school's Senior Tie-dye with a friend and it conflicted with work. Being the awesome big sis that I am I helped her out by taking the shift. :P  I'm kind of regretting it right now, but oh well.

I left my aunt and uncle's house around 9:30ish this morning and drove the two hours back home. I didn't feel like showering at their house so I stayed in my pjs for the car ride. lol  It's not like anyone was gonna see me anyways! I wasn't planning on getting out of the car until I got home, so I didn't care at all. You better believe I got in the shower ASAP when I got home though! I felt like I still smelled of the nasty airplanes and I hadn't showered since Saturday night, making it over twenty-four hours since my last good cleaning. Whoops...:P haha

I got some unpacking done before I left for work. Since I didn't have a whole day to wait around for work, I just went ahead and got dressed into my work clothes. Looking "fabulous" as ever, I'm wearing my red t-shirt that says Adrenaline X Laser Tag (my work) on it and my very first pair of American Eagle skinny jeans, that I cuffed to make into cropped jeans. I grabbed my black fitted Champion zip-up jacket, purchased at Scheels, to stay warm in my freezing store, and slipped on my black flip flops on the way out of house. It's nothing fancy at all, but I did have my mom french braid my hair to make my look a little less boring and plain! lol




After I get off work, I plan on finishing up my laundry that I had started before work and I need to finish unpacking all of my stuff before skyping with Gage. Sounds like fun, huh? I know right! ;) lol jk!!! If nobody comes in to play laser tag, which I hope happens, I can leave at 8:45pm, but otherwise I'm here until 9:30pm. Keep your fingers crossed! haha

Time to get back to work and clean before close! Have a marvelous Monday night! :)
