Bonjour!! My Thursday was absolute madness, which is why I'm posting it a day late :-P I worked a super busy 9:45-4 shift where I struggled to get my task done due to the busy-ness. I was supposed to do shoes all by myself, which includes women's, men's, and sandals. Not too terrible, but definitely a two-person task that generally gets assigned to those who have longer shifts. I wasn't able to start until around 1, which left me about 3 hours to dust, check sizes, straighten, check colors, pull shoes from backstock, and fill the empty spaces. Shouldn't have been too bad, right? Wrong. I didn't finish until 4:05 because we were that crazy busy.
After work, I only had about 50 minutes to relax and hang out with my husband. Sad :-/ I didn't even get to eat a decent dinner. I drove to my class (a 30 minute drive normally but almost 60 minutes with traffic), which is never fun due to rush hour. Class itself was kind of fun. We ende up getting out like 30 minute early, too, so after the 30 minute drive, I was home just before 9. YAY for early outs!! My husband and I made a quick Target run to grab some stuff for my lunches at work. We ended up buying (and then watching) World War Z, which was actually pretty good :-) Once the movie got done, I was ready to hit the hay., so I did :-P
For the work part of my day, I wore a super cute off-white lace dress that I had bought from Plato's for $12 (I have no idea what the brand is :-P) with a dark teal Charlotte Russe cardigan. Pretty cute, right??
After work, I changed into a more comfy outfit of my fabulous Disney Princess t-shirt from Hot Topic with a golden yellow Banana Republic cardigan and some dark denim higher-waisted BDG shorts. Comfy and still adorable :-)
I kept the shoes the same for both outfits because, well... I'm lazy, and the shoes are super cute ;-) I wore the white cutout no-label flats I had just bought from Plato's for $6 or $7. Love them!!
So as my husband and I were watching our movie, Arya decided she had a new home... An empty box some of my books had come in. She was literally just chilling in the box for over an hour like it was not big deal. It was freaking precious!! I love my kittens :-)
All right... Now that I've used most of my break to post about yesterday, I have to go back to work. I'll post my one for today later on. Until then... Stay fabulous :-) Ciao!!
