Monday "Fun"day :-P

Day 47

I'm almost caught up on my posts!! Sorry I've been slacking on them this weekend, my work schedule has been crazy busy. As much as I love my job and what I do at my job, these hours are killing me. I never get to see my love :-( I've started asking off one day out of the two days my husband has off every week so we can have a day off together, which will be awesome if I get those days off. If it does happen, I will love my boss a lot!! Well, ok... not "love" necessarily, but you know what i mean :-)

So today was a day off for me, which was fabulous, but I really didn't do ANYTHING today. Like, ok, I slept in until 12:30, watched TV with the kittens until 2:30 when my husband came home from work and PT, got ready for the day until 3:30, went to the Volkswagen dealership to sign some more papers and to Target/Pet Supermarket for some groceries/kitten food until like 4:45, and then relaxed until dinner. We had chicken, brown rice, and corn :-P After dinner, we had to take Arya to get her last shot, but the rest of the night has been spent in the apartment. I Skyped with my mom/dad/sisters and then with Miss Korry (I'm still Skyping with Korry, actually), which I haven't been able to do in forever. YAY for family Skyping!!

For the errand-running part of my day, I wore a yellow-and-white striped Banana Republic tank and my dark denim Papaya shorts. Very comfy and colorful :-) It was also light-weight for the humid Florida air, so YAY for that!! It was super humid today, and it's been raining on and off. No fun :-/ Makes me miss those good 'old Iowa Fall days. Those are literally the best kind of days.

I wanted to add some more color with my shoes, so I went with my favorite teal pointy-toed Mossimo flats. I wear them a lot. It's no big thing... I just love them :-)

For the apartment-part of the day, I wore a more comfy outfit to lounge in. After throwing my hair up in a ratchet-looking bun, I put on a red Forever 21 tank that has a black-and-white bow printed on it and some black Divided (H&M) shorts. The tank was $6 at Plato's and the shorts were $8. WIN!! I love cheap comfiness :-)

I'm still Skyping with my blog buddy (Korry), but she has to go do sorority stuff again :-P So I guess that means I'll just spend the rest of the night watching TV or something, which is kind of relaxing in a way. I'm off to be a couch potato, so ya'all have a good night. Until tomorrow... Stay cute and comfy :-) Ciao!!
