HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Day #35

Oh hey there! Happy Wednesday! I hope your day has been wonderful so far!

I've been up since about 6:20 this morning, and let me tell ya, I'm not tired like at all! Whoo! :)  I did end up skyping Gage last night, but instead of watching "Friends" or Bravo afterwards, I plopped down at my desk and finished up the last bit of my homework. It consisted of reading two chapters in my French Revolution book, the next few pages in The Trial and Death of Socrates, and I had to watch a thirty minute YouTube video on The Trial and Death of Socrates. It was a real blast...NOT. Oh, then to top it off, I had to answer some discussion questions on Plato's book after watching the video and reading the book. I ended up getting done with my homework a little after 10pm, so I finished getting ready for to sleep, and then I settled into bed around 10:30ish. I only got a little over seven hours of sleep, but apparently that's all I needed for the day.

My first class, Earth and Space Science, was so dreadfully slow. OH MY GOSH. My professor is so strange! When he's talking to the class, he mumbles and talks to himself, looks at the ceiling instead of at us, and he takes awkward pauses. It's extremely awkward and today was especially bad! Ugh. We worked in pairs for almost the entire two hours that we had class. We had to do this weird sun and earth orbit/seasons/temperature computer program that went along with a four page packet. It was awful! Luckily, one of my sisters, Megan, is in the class with me, so we worked together and managed to get in all finished with eight minutes of class left. Yay. :P

I don't have class again until noon, and then again at 1, so I'll be done for my day at 1:50. I'll probably do some homework, watch Bravo (obvi), and then possibly skype with my hunk of a boyfriend. ;) haha

Oh hey so I painted my nails last night :)

So today I decided to dress up just a tad! I wore a new top that I got for my birthday. I would have worn it before today, but it's been too hot lately for it. The top is a light green, chiffon blouse, with 3/4 length sleeves. On the top is a big blue bow in the front, and a blue, black and orangish brown leaf-like pattern throughout the shirt. I'm seriously so obsessed with the bow on this top!!! Love it. :)  It was definitely a crazy fabulous purchase, on my part, from Von Maur. It was on sale for $14, with it's original sale price being $30! SCORE. :) lol  Then I wore my silver Candie's sandals and light denim skinny jeans from American Eagle that I turned into crop pants. To complete the ensemble, I put my hair in the "ever-so-chic" sock bun, and put on a few teal and blue bracelets that match my shirt. Whoop
whoop! haha

So, I ended up skyping with Kassy before I went to class, thus putting my posting on hold. :P  It's casual. But it was good catching up! It's been about a week since we last talked/skyped, and a lot has happened in just that one short week! We were only able to skype for about 40 minutes, though, before I needed to get going to class. I'll take what I can get though. :)

Classes were fine. We watched a movie on the French Revolution in Humanities, and that's it. lol  Then, in Philosophy, we had a group discussion/lecture on The Trial and Death of Socrates. It was very repetitious, but the information was interesting and I actually understood what was being talked about! Crazy, huh?! ;) haha

Okay. I'm really actually going to post this now, and get back to the rest of my relaxing afternoon. :P  Have a wonderful Wednesday! Stay fabulous. :)
