Day #43
Oh heyyyyy! So I'm in a pretty good mood right now. I got a good nine hours of sleep last night and I ended up waking up before my alarm went off, so I laid in bed until it went off around 7:45. I was SO extremely exhausted yesterday that I slept wonderfully! :)
Right now I'm sitting in my 9:30 theatre class. It hasn't gotten started quite yet, hence why I'm on my phone blogging. :P lol I'm not sure how much time I'll have later today to get this done, so I might as well get it started now, right? Right. :)
After class I plan on going to the union to study. I'll probably end up eating lunch there, again, and then I'll most likely head over to the library afterwards to get more homework and mentored hours done. Oh goody...:P I don't know exactly how long I'll be there, since I do have some other things to get done today.
I need to go to the post office to drop off a package, pick up my UNI football shirt, buy an ADPi shirt, go to dinner for my diamond twin, Ashley's, birthday, and etc. Busy as a bee today! :P Oh! And I have to iron my preference dress for Saturday and remove my nail polish and repaint them a light pink all for recruitment. Merh.

So, I kind of ran out of time to get back to posting/I may or may not have forgotten to finish posting. :P lol After class, I was in the union doing homework and hanging with sisters until about 2:45pm, it's a long time I know, and then I got back to my room around 3pm.
I got some more work done, like an online test that's due Monday, painted my nails, ironed my clothes for the weekend, skyped with Gage and payed my sorority dues for the month! Whoop whoop! Look at me getting stuff done today! :) haha
The reason behind the title of today's post is that, in twenty-four hours, the recruitment process will commence! I'm super stoked and nervous and happy and yeah. It's going to be CRAZYYYY!!! (but in a good way, of course!)
For PR today, I wore my sorority's bid day shirt from last year's formal recruitment. The theme is Alice in Wonderland, so the front says "Alpha Delta Pi" and has teacups and stuff, and the back says our open motto, "We Live For Each Other," and "Wonderland 2012." I love this tank top! :) With it, I wore dark demin American Eagle skinnies, that I cropped, my silver Candie's sandals, and the Gap Kids grey cardigan that I wore yesterday as well. The cardigan was definitely needed today, since it was a tad chilly and windy!
I had a final run-through practice for formal recruitment tonight for two hours, and that went really well! Or at least I thought. :P Then I went and bought an ADPi crewneck sweater and a v-neck from "Gift Mart" that's here, which is basically a company that brings us sorority products to our house which we can then look through and buy. I'm sure I'll wear my new pieces soon, so I'll leave it until then to tell you what they look like. Gives a little bit of suspense...;) haha
I'm really pooped out and needing to get some rest before my long day tomorrow (and this weekend)! I'm off to bed, so have a great night and remember to stay fabulous! Ta ta! :)
